Cristina Vandroff

As Senior Manager of Human Resources and Operations, Cristina provides management and administrative support for Operations-related functions within the SPLC including, but not limited to, Membership, HR, IT Systems, and Finance. Prior to joining SPLC, Cristina worked with different non-profit organizations in managing Human Resource and Operations functions. She has created many policies and procedures for various organizations and led culture management initiatives. Cristina holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland University College in Human Resource Management and Communications.
