Peer Learning Circles
Peer Learning Circles (PLCs) are sector-based groups consisting of 5-10 individuals from different organizations. Members commit to attending monthly 1-hour discussions and take turns presenting a challenge or opportunity they are facing, facilitating the conversation using SPLC’s PLC meeting format, or taking notes so the presenter can listen and engage fully. These groups are a great way to receive support, generate new ideas, and grow your network.
