Strategic Program Development Coaching
SPLC coaching is aligned with our most fundamental principle – that the benefits of sustainable procurement depend on taking a strategic and programmatic approach, rather than opportunistic steps unrelated to a central set of commitments. We work with members to develop new or enhance existing sustainable purchasing programs to move beyond contract-by-contract approaches, take a strategic view, and address connected issues across a procurement portfolio. SPLC Strategic Program Development Coaching engagements result in the creation of focused, strategic, and impactful programs aligned with overarching organizational priorities, to ensure success.
Peer Learning Circles
Peer Learning Circles (PLCs) are sector-based small collaborative groups that meet virtually each month to support and learn from one another while addressing common challenges.
Learning Hub
The SPLC Learning Hub offers concise, self-paced sustainable procurement courses through our virtual training platform, covering various program, issue, and category-level topics. SPLC members receive ten accounts and discounted additional seats.

Action Teams
Sprint-team style groups that convene for a limited time to develop interim guidance on an emerging topic of concern, it is SPLC members who propose and participate in our Action Teams.
