SPLC members now have free access to Navigator and the 2024 SP Assessment in the SPLC Member Community, allowing them to leverage the platform for their annual SP performance reporting against sectoral, spend, geography, industry, and other benchmarks - and further supported by action plan recommendations for the coming year. Non-member access will become available shortly for a fee. The 2024 SP Assessment reporting window will then close on July 17th, followed by the 2024 Sustainable Procurement Report.

Bob is a leading expert on quantifying the business value of sustainability strategies. He has given over 1,500 presentations, has authored six books, and has published two white papers. He provides extensive free, open-source resources for sustainability champions.
He serves on the Future-Fit Foundation board, the Sustainable Purchasing Leadership Council (SPLC) board, and the B Corp Standards Advisory Council. He was one of the first five inductees into the International Society of Sustainability Professionals (ISSP) Hall of Fame in 2011, has received two Clean50 awards, and earned 11 “Best of the World” awards as a Certified B Corp. He is an ISSP Sustainability Excellence Professional, a Future-Fit Certified Professional and Accredited Partner, and received a PhD in sustainability from the University of Toronto.

Kris Spriano, Interim CEO; Director of Knowledge Design and Development at SPLC

Kris is responsible for ensuring a credible, impact-focused approach to the design and development of SPLC's sustainable procurement resources through policy, procedure, and appropriate management - in alignment with SPLC's theory of change. In addition, Kris leads the SPLC Navigator program, co-leads SPLC's Guidance Development, and supports various internal operations to ensure successful delivery of services to members and other external stakeholders. Prior to the SPLC, Kris was a Supply Chain Sustainability Manager at Cisco Systems focused on supply chain GHG emissions, environmental compliance, learning and development, and new product program management. Kris is a certified ISSP Sustainability Excellence Associate (SEA) and holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
